The role

Intelygenz is looking for someone to support our Talent Team for some months with experience in IT Recruitment with passion for people, technology and innovation. You will be part of a dynamic and international team that is always looking for new things to do and to improve at Intelygenz. Also, we take care of all the IGZ team, and we love it!

This person's main responsibilities will be:

- Finding and recruiting the best IT Talent

- Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success.

- Experiment with new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and improve the employee experience.

- Managing and implementing Talent projects and initiatives.

- Internal communication - successfully deliver the IGZ word across the company.

- IGZ Ambassador - once you join the company you will be representing our values and culture everywhere you go (on/off line)



-Fervently believe that great talent is the foundation for any company's growth and success.
- Have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with IT Talent
- Feels like a fish in the water in international environments (English C1 level)
- Have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with IT Talent
- Possess a high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
- Fervently believe that great talent is the foundation for any company's growth and success
- Prioritize a seamless, remarkable candidate experience and serving the needs of the business and its leaders
